I'm gonna return it to store this weekend. Return costs me 15% restocking fees which is pretty much same as shipping cost to india. So, I wanna see if anyone wants buy it before I return it.

Price $400 shipped from US. Payment via Paypal. MSI don't provide international warranty. You have to ask MSI india to make sure.

Boss, try selling it in US itself, because then it would have warranty.
