Help with assembling new PC

Hello!
I'm trying to assemble a new PC. I'll answer the required questions first, and if I feel anything's left out,I'll mention that later.
This is my current Configuration:
AMD FX4100
ASUS M5A78L-M/USB3
Corsair Value-Select 8gb RAM DDR3
WD Caviar Blue 1TB
Zotac GTX 750Ti GPU.
UMAX 700W PSU (AD5-82045N) with the following current rails:
3.3V- 45A, 5V-40A, 12V-40A (I've always felt that the PSU isn't a good one, I couldn't even find it online. The shopkeeper made me buy this 3 years ago, when I assembled this Rig, but I never felt content with it. Views on the PSU are highly appreciated!!)

These are my Proposed Upgrades:
CPU: Intel i5 6402P Rs. 12,810
M/B: MSI B150 PC MATE Rs. 7440
RAM: GSkills RIPJAWS V 16Gb (2x8GB) Rs. 7800
Cooler Master B500(v2) Rs. 3500
Circle CC839 Cabinet. Rs. 4200

I have these ready in my cart @ mdcomputers.in, with those prices and its total comes to Rs. 35750. (Looked all over the internet, this was the best deal I could find)

Now the questions:

1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans:
My Prime Purpose is Android and Web Development.
I'll be using Androd Studio, IntelliJ Idea, PHPStorm, Pycharm(small Scripting only).
With Android Studio, I'll be using multiple android Virtual Devices(This is the main reason for assembling a new Rig).
I also am a casual gamer, Assassin's Creed, GTA, Tomb Raider, NFS, Far Cry, Skyrim, Fallout (Yep, AAA and non-fps titles for the most part)

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans: I have 35k. I only want CPU, M/B, RAM, Cabinet and if need be, PSU. I can at max go to 38k (I'm actually trying to save enough for an extra 1TB hard drive, one can never really have enough Disk Space).

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans: Nope, no plans at all.

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans: I currently have a Dual Boot with Windows 10 and Ubuntu GNOME 16.04. I plan to keep this as standard (Although I'll probably shift to Arch-Linux soon). The main thing is, Dual boot with Windows and one Linux Distro.

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans: I have 1TB internal and a couple of external 1TB drives. Not necessary to get a hard drive I'll get one if I have money left.

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.

Ans: No. I have an Acer 21" Monitor with 1080p resolution, I'll be using that only.

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans: Hard Drive, Monitor, Keyboard/Mouse, Please suggest if I can reuse the PSU too!

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans: Within next 15 days itself.

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans: I'll be assembling it myself, I have assembled 2 Desktops before.

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans: I live in Chandigarh. I'm more than comfortable buying online (I actually prefer it!).

11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans: Please suggest me about the SMPS, that's my main worry, If I can save a couple bucks with the SMPS, I'll put them in a Hard Drive or a better processor.
Also, If Possible, please tell me where I can sell the old configuration (local/online), Thanks!

Budget -41.2K

Intel Core i3 6100 -8500,
Asus H110M-S2 -5200,
Corsair Vengeance LPX 8GB 2400Mhz -3000,
Antec VP550P -3500,
HIS RX470 4GB Iceq X2 Roaring Turbo -17500,
Corsair SPEC-01 -3500.
Total -41,200.

OP can re-use his HDD by selling of the existing processor, mobo, ram, gpu.

AMD GPUs are giving better fps in DirectX 12 games as well as DirectX 11 games by the revamped drivers.

Nvidia is giving best fps only in DirectX 11 games and only supports Vulkan using its software.

Hi,
I don't want to get a new GPU right now, Processor & RAM upgrades are really required for me, 8GB RAM doesn't cut it with Android Studio and multiple Android Emulators running.
I'm not sure about the i3. any specific reason to not spend on Processor/Motherboard and spend so much on the GPU? I'm more than okay with playing games at low 720p if need be, because games are a secondary thing for me, I play for only an hour or so in a week.

Edit:
Please give some views on the PSU.

^ Then get an i5-6500 paired with a GTX 1050 while adding another ram stick.

As for the PSU, if you don't want to fry your PC, dump your current one and go with the above suggestion.

If you are going to use Android Studio for some serious work, dont even think of anything below i5 6500. I think its best to leave GPU for now.
Be sure to get a new PSU. Antec ones are good. I have VP650PM in all my office PCs. Never had any problem with them.

BTW I do the same work, Android + iOS + Web Development :)

Its better to go with i5 6500 and 16GB 2400Mhz by using iGPU only.

GTX1050 or RX460 are only e-sports category.
Not recomended at all.

As for the PSU is concerned 500w is more than enough.
So go with Antec VP550P.

GTX 1050, 1050Ti is good enough for OP's needs since he casually plays games.

There is not much difference between RX470 @ 17k or GTX1050 Ti @ 14k right but the difference in performance between the two is great right.

Instead of going with e-sports category its better to go with RX470 4GB or better to go with the iGPU for now and go with a better card later.

Hello!

Circle CC839 Cabinet. Rs. 4200

...

If possible stay away from Circle. I have the same CC839 for a year now though its build quality is okay internally the front panel access is very difficult and delicate too. While removing my front panel I damaged my power button connection so now I have to use restart button to power my PC. Also my front fans after being used for a year stop sometimes in the middle and restart again. And one more thing, I dont know if this is the case with me only or not but I too do android development and connecting my phone to cabinets front usb is very problematic. The phone keeps disconnecting always but if I connect the same phone to my motherboards usb it works fine so I am guessing the front usb of cabinet is screwed. So if you can stay away from the circle.

Regards,
hawx

Front USB are never of good quality. I am having the same problem with my Antec Cabinets. GX900 cabinets in my office have 4 front USBs but on most of them 3 have gone bad. Connections are loose, they connect and disconnect even with pendrives. Antec guys say remove the board (has 4 USBs and Power and reset button) and send to delhi and they will send a new one on receiving it. How am I to work for 2-3 days until I get the new one. Its a very poor service.

Just wanted to say dont buy cabinet from Antec, Circle or any other cheap brand. Corsair's 400R's USBs work fine even after 3 years now and they were much more used than any USB port in my office. Also have NZXT Phantom 410 here, its about 2 years old, its USBs are also working perfect.
