Cdma smartphone within 15k budget

Hello digitians,
I am searching a cdma smartphone within Rs 15,000 for my friend's dad.
I know that not many options are available for cdma smartphones.
Also, a local mobile retailer is selling cdma motorola moto g gen 1 for 15.5k, is it a good price? Do moto g come in cdma variant internationaly?
Please don't suggest micromax, lava, karbonn phones..
Please help me in searching...
Thanks in advance!

Better check out yureka. Or if you want to try something new I would insist on lumia 730.

Neither yureka nor lumia has a CDMA version.. Afaik, there is a CDMA version of moto g ( first gen).. That would be the vfm choice.. CDMA phones market are way too behind gsm..

Thanks for the advice, I am thinking to buy moto g too as it will be the most vfm option within 15k.

I don't think yureka and lumia have cdma support...

Can't he just ask the operator to transfer his number from CDMA to GSM? :|

Goku bhai, you don't seem to have used an old cdma sim and don't know its benefits.:)
The benefits of cdma sim are the reason my friend's dad is willing to compromise on the phone and its the right decision for him...

Moto G CDMA (approx 10500) or HTC Desire 516C (approx 12500)
afaik, Moto G CDMA is a non-sim phone where as HTC is a dual sim phone.

if budget can be increased, then Samsung galaxy s4 is available for approx 26000-27000.

these phones can be bought from reliance eshop on EMI as well.

Lumia 730 is a GSM phone and afaik has no CDMA version.
