1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')

Ans: Gaming and browsing - Witcher3, Battlefield 4, Need for Speed, Cod - series for next 3 years hopefully

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.

Ans: 80000 may be another 5k

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans: Nope

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans: Window 8

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans: 1TB

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans:Yes, a 24" 1080p monitor with good panel and no ghosting.

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans: None

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans: In 2 months

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans: No. An assembler most likely.

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans: Hyderabad.Yes only local dealers since i need an assembler also.

11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans: The PC should be relevant for 2 years at the least and no problems

I have already decide on these components
gpu- R9 270X SAPPHIRE VAPOR 16.5k
Psu sea sonic sii 520w psu
Monitor mostly LG 24MP55 15k
So I need advice for casing, processor and mobo

+1 to this config. adityak649 I think you should include Sapphire r9 290 tri x in this configuration for 32.8k
For monitor OP can get Dell U2412.

But shouldn't the processor be balanced with a good mobo
what if I choose a i5 4570 with a gigabyte z87d3hp it will cost 23k with a better balanced board.

Z87 board are meant for overclocking. Using them with a non k processor is simply a waste of money. B85M D3H motherboard is good enough. If you are worried go for a H87 board.

For r9 290 are there any after market cooling solutions like accelero available in india.
Since u own a mini atx board did you come across any problem like heat while using it.

Get the r9 290 tri x by Sapphire. It is the best VFM custom cooler card in the r9 290 series.
And yeah the combination will work fine. And I have not faced any heating issues with my board.

I am not aware about Accelero but NZXT Kraken GPU Bracket is available. But going for the trix will be more cost efficient

Xeon 1230v3 is like a i7 3770k without the iGPU. Xeon works fine with B85 mobos. Z87 chipset is used for overclocking.

If OP doesn't get the Sapphire Tri X one, he can actually make omelettes on the GPU

btw, its the Sapphire Tri X only, its ~30k on mdcomputers(if you email them)

My email fetched me lower prices than the portal. When I bought from the shop the price was even lower. Still it was not such low. Going to the shop tomorrow. I should email them first.

Right off the assembly line
What about sound? Do you plan to invest separately for sound support? You will need to add another 5K minimum for a good sound card. Or you could try some new mobos that offer inbuilt HD sound. I picked up Biostar Hi-Fi Z97WE exactly for this reason
