hmm Thanks...
Can you give me a link for CDMA Moto G in india that will work with Reliance?

And i dont think there is an CDMA version of Xolo q800x. If it is there, please share the link.

Another phone i was seeing was Lenovo A706. Any idea if the CDMA slim slot takes and works with Reliance network?

there's no cdma version of either moto g or q800x. nowhere you mentioned that you needed cdma phones though I sensed it since you specifically mentioned abt Reliance only but still, were not specific.

U know something.... u just gave me a subtle idea.
Am gonna call them up tomorrow and ask if i can retain my number and plan, and change to GSM instead... that would solve a lot of problem :)

But ya... other than that, or in case that doesn't work, i was talking about Reliance CDMA network. Sorry for not specifying that.

btw.. CDMA Moto G does exist.. Just not sure if its available in India and if Reliance supports it.

Don't worry bro.. You can change from CDMA to GSM and also retain your No. I recently made an enquiry about this at the reliance outlet & they said it would take about 5-7 days to change. :)
There are absolutely no good VFM devices for the CDMA Market . :(

Thanks guys. I am gonna do the same :)
Everything seems to be closed due to Holi here.
I inquired and seems that i need to first convert my reliance post paid to reliance pre paid. Then they can convert/port the number to Airtel or Vodaphone. I an gonna visit Reliance World tomorrow, or day after that, to do the formalities to change it to prepaid. :)
