I think OP should go with MSI 990FXA-GD65 motherboard which is available at 8.2K in smcinternational.in. 990FX is the best AM3+ chipset and the motherboard also has 8+2 digital VRM design which is very good for high overclocking.

I guess, its good to avoid MSI 990FXA-GD65 board for time being. Even if the VRM is designed to handle 8+2 phase, there are lot of burning cases of the same. In answer to this issue, MSI released GD65 v2, so if possible grab v2 than this.

Sapphire HD 7870 is not 20K, it is around 16K in local market. And rightly games are becoming very demanding and you need a good graphics card to play games at Full HD resolution with high settings.

Sapphire AMD/ATI HD 7850 HDMI OC Edition 2 GB
ZOTAC NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 Ti Boost 2 GB GDDR5

will it be good ? Is it possible to crossfire these models in future without buying a new GPU.

Are bro, get either GTX 650 Ti Boost or HD 7870. HD 7850 and GTX 650 ti Boost perform similarly but the later is cheaper. if you want more performance then you can get the HD 7870 which is available at 16K.

HAF 912 cabinet will be Good ?

It is a good cabinet with decent build quality, it comes with 2 fans (one front and one rear) so you can get it running right out of the box. You can also opt for NZXT source 210 elite (white, with one rear and one top fan) or Corsair 200R (with one front and one rear fan), they both are cheaper than haf 912 and will serve you almost the same. If you have more money you can get NZXT tempest 410 elite or Corsair carbide 400R. The reason I didn't suggest gamma is that its just too old now, not about the looks but due to the lack of features mainly USB 3.0, but still its a fairly good case for the price.

I think 650 Ti Boost will be ok ..(fits into my budget) .. in future can i add another card and use 2 GPU possible with the board
something called SLI and crossfire ?

PSU,Seasonic S12 520 watt is this sufficient ?

Also 600va UPS will jus be enugh to turn off the computer during powercut ? No backup needed.

I selected HAF 912 for its looks and good cable management. Will also look at 200r and also source 210..

Thank u all :D

Also, I forgot to mention that the 200R has front intake dust filters, it will be very useful.
