Post the reasons. I'm eager to hear.

1] Multitasking sucks. - probably because of touchstone !! [my post on xda plz refer - Multitasking is not s3's cup of tea. - xda-developers]
2] sudden death issues with 16 gig model [I was having 16 gig model]
3] Plastic construction which will never let u feel that u invested 32k, No premium feel[that time it was for 32k]
4] No unique design - grand, gs4, gs3 all looks same. yaakkk
5] Heating issues - gets heated by just using chrome for 2-3 mins.

Yup and those will never be solved thanks to Samsung's pathetic attitude towards developer community. Not to mention most of the CM developers have already left Samsung and moved on to Xperia T/Z.

But still rhitwick, decide only after you thoroughly demo the Z. Though keep in mind the screen on what you will see on Demo units will not be representative of what you will get. There has been a recent update which has changed the gamma and after the update screen looks way better. So don't let the screen influence your decision.

Only thing is it will have bad viewing angles, if you care about viewing angles then you should get the S4. Otherwise the screen is very good.

They shot themselves by doing that. Sony is being good to devs, HackSung denied to support S4.
BTW sammy recently patched all root exploits in S4 via OTA update, Chainfire managed to crack it again
These manufactures should only concentrate on H/W on device, Google and community can take care of S/w side.

Xperia Z too got good development section in XDA forum.

Yup. All former Samsung Galaxy Elite developers are developing for Xperia Z. In fact it's got the highest number of top developers working for it amongst the 4 flagships - Z, S4, One, G Pro

Check this video, it shows screen quality and viewing angles on Z after latest update.

I was wondering why none mentioned any Windows mobile here?
Lumia 920 is hard drive based mobile so its out of equation but what about others. Can't they come in comparison to Xperia L, Oplimus L9, Xperia Sp etc?

(I ask these to every eBay sellers whatever the price is)

---Is the item available in stock? Ans: Yes
---What type of warranty are you giving with it? Ans: Sony India Warranty

---When will you ship? Ans: As soon as we get the confirmation from eBay.
