mR. khool cool Koolent i dont think its a property deal or something, or any kind of race so that you have to reserve your space for your UPCOMING post/reply.Try to make replies only after completing your research work in your dreams.

Stop that absurd act.

@OP.

Install a decent AV like Avast and run a complete scan.
Maybe a Virus.
Or Try MALWAREBYTES for quicker cleanups.

LOL, :p Sorry.. :D but ok, Sorry again.. LOL :D

@OP- Which antivirus you got ?? and though using malwarebytes is also real useful when you don't want to download a huge file :)

There can be a virus or you have more than required amount of applications running in the background, check that up.. :)

@Sujeet: i already have KIS loaded, sigle user single PC version. Full scan not done recently.do i still need to run malwarebytes? if yes where can i get one?

@ Koolent: If more than required applications are running in background where to check and how to stop that? I am also

Legend Never Ends
Seems like a virus. Download any free AV like Avira or AVG and do a scan from safe mode. also try this- HouseCall - Free Online Virus Scan - Trend Micro USA

edit: Also try Malwarebytes Antimalware.

Install Ccleaner and run a complete cleanup. After that remove all unwanted Startup Program entries using Cleaner Utility.
CCleaner - PC Optimization and Cleaning - Free Download

Download Malwarebytes.

this i am not understanding. When i already have a licensed version of KASPERSKY Internet Security 2012 why do i require a free AV.

Again i download HOUSECALL will not get caught by KIS as virus?

This might help...
As far as what I had studied in my Engineering Subject and some extra reading on Operating Systems, it seems that a processor is designed to NOT sit idle,it always has to do some work...hence you always see it range from 20 - 40 %..and its said that for a standard computer that much is normal...processors that are on full load may show 95-97% usage..

Download Process Hacker 2.27

Run it and sort the Process by CPU Usage.
You will come to know whcih process/program is using maximum CPU Threads.

This can be done using Task Manager too but IMO Process Hacker makes the task easier with neat Interface and Tree structured Process Management.

Well it seems its KIS only that is hogging the system during Idle mode.

It must be performing cleanups or scans and thats why The CPU usage shoots Up.

Use Process Hacker as mentioned Previously to confirm It.

I am unable to get whatever you are trying to say.
But anyways take a look at Process Chart(Task Manager) for System while Idl-ing.

What I want to say is that, a processor is designed to make use of all the resources available and to do some work all the time. In the attached image we arent using the computer , but still the CPU usage is 1%.
The Goal is not to let the CPU sit idle...you'll never see a 0% CPU usage..and due to all the background stuff running (like DHCP / DNS stuff, Gadgets, Networks etc.)...the CPU usage is never 0%

which one of Process hacker to be download : Portable, setup,Source or SDK?

Setup will be fine for you.

Ofcourse even a single line of code under execution is bound to use atleast one CPU thread so definitely with so so much background prcesses running CPU usage will never idle at 0%.

But according to OPs problem there is heavy CPU usage fluctuation(check video) and that not common thing.

At idling CPU under normal scenario should constantly float within a threshold range that depends on System Configuration and OS installed

^^ Sujeet is right, the CPU usage is really hard to ignore and that the OP has a Kaspersky, how might it be a virus.. :/.. This is going Crazzy..

Researching more.. :brainiac:

EDIT- @OP Bro, post your CPU temps here.. Let us check once.. :)
