Core i3 2100 @ 5.5k
MSI H61 @ 3.2k
4GB Corsair Vengeance @ 2.4k
BenQ G2220HDL @ 8.5k
FSP Saga II 400@ @ 1.6k
Seagate 500GB 7200.12 @ 1.8k
Cooler Master Elite 310 @ 1.5k

LG 22x DVD RW @ 1k

I think this fits perfectly. Ask somebody about the model number of the motherboard.

For Speakers, Altec Lansing BXR1121 @ 1.1k

See, extend your budget by around 10K and you will get a better configuration system(PC), which will last you longer, since in this budget, you are heavily compromising in your Processor and Motherboard.

FSP Saga II is not available in Calcutta, so go for Corsair VX 450W, or even a good generic PSU(not recommended though), will do, as you are not taking GPU, but for future upgrades a good branded GPU is a must.

if i wud have taken a 18.5"-20" monitor and upgrade processor to i5 is sound better? i think that will may come under my budget.....

that wont help much, you'll save only 2k after cutting down the cost on monitor. If you're strictly on a budget, I would recommend you go for an AMD system and buy the HD monitor.

and Core-i3 is more than sufficient for daily office works, i have Core2Duo proccy and its still rocking my world with daily office applications and lots of gaming.

Core i3 2100 is a beast and is better than the athlon x3's and x4's even in multithreaded apps. Its tomshardware's best budget cpu and earned its place in their budget system build.

They gave it a nod over athlon x3's and x4's.

my computer (not much$$$) runs modern warfare with highest graphics perfectly here's the specs:
intel pentium dual core E2180 @ 2.2ghz(OC) +zalman cooler
MSI 945gcm7-f
ati hd 2600xt
3gb ddr2 667mhz ram (cheap stuff)
antec 300 case
2x 160 gb sata2 seagate hdd's
465 watt psu (no name)
= great performance

really you don't need an i7 or a crazy setup, just get a good dual core processor and a good video card and you're all set (don't go too cheap though)

Its even faster than a 955be in most multithreaded benches and blows it away in single threaded apps.

Anyways here's the comparison between athlon x4 645 and core i3 2100.

If you don't consider the video encoding benchmarks, ( because core i3 2100 can utilize quicksync and blow away any cpu based encoding) i3 is winning in almost every benchmark.
Besides, its far efficient than any athlon x3 and x4 or even a phenom 2 x4.
