PL30 is awesome and they are called IEMs (In Ear Monitors). Only problem with PL-30 is weak build quality.

Don't even consider EP630 if you can get PL30, I'll suggest to go for PL30 or if you can increase your budget by 200bucks also consider Headdirect RE2
