suggestions for a new game pad

i want to buy a new gamepad to play fifa 10 & PES 10 , and racing games..
so could u'll suggest a ganepad..

i have checked out the xbox 360 controller but a cheaper option would be appreciated..

plz dont suggest chinese stuff

have read about zebronics gamepads . are they good?
and are they windows 7 compatible?

xbox 360 controller is the best if you want superior game compatibility.

but i'm no hardcore gamer... xbox 360 controller is costly.
and i've read that we can use xmapper(dont remember the name properly) or some other software to remap the buttons for any game.

logitech one should be available inside 1k in that case

and frontech and zeb ones (not reliable) are avilable for some 500 bucks.

and i've heard that logitech dual action gamepad has problems with its left analog.. is it true?

donno dude. am using xbox 360 controller and before that used zebronics one which died after few days of use.

xbox 360 controller is the best go. I'm using for two years straight solid and works totally fine. And gives you super fun with games. Not to mention they are highly recommended and compitible wih all latest games.

Its Xpadder , i used it for my chinese gamepad which is still working like a charm after about a year now . Buyed it for aroung Rs400 .

I went to the dealer who said that I should check with zebronics but then just ignored it and bought the xbox one.

as people say , xbox is best to go for. if u want save money u may go for zebronics or frontech. i bought 1 frontech with dual analog @ Rs.390/- around 2-3 years ago (fantasypad) and it works just fine. still, the front trigger buttons according to my opinion are crap but d-pad and pad buttons are good. analogs are not too bad either.

yes, if some game doesnt support gamepad natively, u can map it with Xpadder or JoytoKey anytime.

^^not worthy to go for cheapo brands. atleast get Logitech.

But i've read on some forums logitech dual action gamepad has problems with its left analog. This is an old problem. If someone confirms this i'll go with it.
