Youtube Suspended my Account, Need help

Hey guys, I dont know where to post this query but if this is the wrong section, please move the thread. So i got a mail from youtube today saying that my youtube account was suspended as i violated community guidelines. I do not recall posting any scams, obscenity or any comments whatsoever, so i wish to review it. However the problem is that this account was made before the integration to google. So how do i file a review for this youtube account?

Youtube was integrated with Google long time back.
Don't you have a single ID for accessing Youtube and Google account?

on youtube, i usually employ switch accounts to go back to my original youtube account
