YouTube.com isn't working with IE8

I'm having problem accessing YouTube via IE8. Is anyone else having the same problem? I'm using BSNL braodband and can successfully access the same via Google Chrome. Having this problem from couple of days.

Uninstall and reinstall the latest version of Adobe Flash.

You can find the uninstaller here....

And get the latest version here....

^ Why do you need to use IE 8. Very few people uses IE nowadays! Better stick to Google Chrome or Firefox...
