I have owned this phone in Sept. last year after a detailed survey considering my budget and requirements 
And now it's been nearly four months been spend with it. Undoubtedly it's a nice phone judging it's features along with the price. Noticeably features includes sharp 5 MP Camera, crisp display powered with Bravia engine,Inhanced sound with xLoud Technology, Dual Core Processor for faster operations, etc. for which Sony is known for.
Only drawback ,IMO, that you have to upgrade it to ICS. But that is not much painful though
