XP | Is it possible to display a warning message for remote desktop users

Hello all,
We have a server(Windows XP). Nearly 30 people have credentials to use it through remote desktop. I want to display a warning message something like alert message when ever a user logs in. Is it possible? I feel i read somewhere but not able to find out!

Windows XP is a Desktop Operating System buddy.
The OS you are referring might be a Windows Server 2003 with Terminal Services enabled.
