WordPress Vs. PSD Templates

I'm new to web designing and i'm looking forward to figure out which is best for ERP-CMS or just the CMS? Either the WordPress based webtemplates or PSD Templates? Please kindly guide me through.

It is quite obvious that Wordpress templates are better rather than PSD templates. You can find the dynamic templates in the Wordpress which is user friendly and very convenient for coding point of view. PSD templates are generally static templates so you have to do lots of coding even for simple functionality whereas in Wordpress such problems will be easily sorted out.
