Winrar Password recovery tool

i had a list of phone numbers and contacts that i had put in a rar file with some password a year back , the problem is that i forgot the password now...
is there a password recovery tool for winrar that works????.

i think thats illegal because with pass recovery tool u can easily hack any winrar file.

but u can get it here
