Windows XP Restart LOOP!!!

ICE COOOOL!!!
Hello Everybody. My friend has a problem with his PC. Thee problem is when he switch on the system he gets the page about "Start Window Normally" etc.. After pressing it, it will enter into Disk Check up. After completion the system restarts and this keeps on repeating!!! Please help!!

Computer needs a through disk check.
Use a XP disk to go into recovery console, and try following command.

chkdsk c: /f

Replace C with the drive, on which the XP was installed.

for me it looks like a corrupt driver. Start the system in Safe mode and check. if it boots, then its a driver issue.

@Zangetsu We tried but it's not showing Repair Option after that Agree terms Page.!??

u probably have the oem version of the disk the retail version does provide the repair option u can also run the chkdsk by plugging in a different pc

We need to get the bug code.
Boot the system and keep pressing the f8 key.
You will be presented with advanced bootup menu
From there choose the option "Disable automatic restart"
Boot again,you are likely to get a blue screen.....
Post back the bug code[hex dec number]

But its most likely a failing drive.....
