ONE NOTE OF CAUTION REG Point 4 in original post :

firstly windows requires certain time to save its work
and shutdowndown its srvices normally. if u reduce this time, sure
ur pc will shut down faster, but u could end up loosing unsaved
work...and it is said to damage ur hard disk too !

secondly, windows DOES not recognize a figure less than 1000, so if
at all u one wants to change this figure, change it to 1000.


Also :

"how to remove winmsngr?"
go to addremoveprogs > remove windoes componentes> from here uninstall windows messenger.
can do it in safe mode.

"how to rename recycle bin"
