Windows 7 x64 not booting

Right off the assembly line
Hi recently i got new sys with 2x4gb ram ,i5,1Tb HDD and then i installed win7 x64 with 250Gb partition x3 and one 181 gb partition wsa there which i was not able to fromat,now the system booted perfectly after booting i formatted the 181Gb HDD partition using windows 7 partition GUI.later on when i am trying to boot the system is not booting from HDD Pls help out what to do?:cry:

was the system branded(hp,dell,compaq etc)?did you create the 181gb partition or was it there already?better to reformat entire hdd again & this time read some articles/watch some youtube videos first if you are new to this kind of stuff.
