window problem

I am faceing 2 problems in my window one is that i am not able to see welcome screen on start up even i change it frm control pannel and i also disable the classic logon by using GPEDIT.MSC command but dosn't work plz help
Secondly i am receiving an error message that security information is invalid or modified plz help

uninstall uvpl.exe from control pannel and reboot.

The reason may be due to the presence of one admin account and one guest account in your pc...Due to this it will automatically log in into the admin account without displaying the welcome screen. Put a password for the admin account and see whether it happens or not...
