Will all PS2 games run on a PS3?

Just got a PS3 from abroad....since not many games are available for the PS3 yet, i am planning to buy some PS2 games for it.....just wanna know if it will be able to run all PS2 games or will there be some compatibility problems.....how bout PS2 games downloaded off the net??

If you talking about games download off the internet then NO.Your original PS3 will only be able to play legit PS2 games with it & AFAIK it doe have backward compatibility.

i think that u will need to get games from abroad too! and check sony site for compatibility!
