which phone i should buy.....plz reply soon

hi everyone, i am going to buy my first smart phone with in 1 or 2 month's. i am considering 2 mobiles nokia e51 and nokia n73,my budget is around 11k. i have read that n73 available in India are n73-5 and n73-m, n73-5 has no 3g while music edition has 3g...actually i don't know what is function of 3g.
e51 has most of the features like wii-fii, can be used around world..but has a 2Mp cam with no flash, while n73 has 3.2 M cam..also i have heard from my friends that n73's joystick is not good and losses easily..

plz help me decide.i am eager to buy my first smart phone...considering symbian series
suggest some other phones.

Dude, you said almost all the reasons to buy a mobile, why ask us? i think you should consider your choice rather than your friends opinion and also, i see that from dec 2007, you have only posted 3 posts, phew! that's too low. But i suggest n73m coz i had it and now, i use 3600 the new one!

dude N73 has got 3G it's Joystick is very much stable and it's new firmware has increased it's processing speed and image capability i will take a screenshot and show you !!!

N73 ME's joystick is not loose . It has a few mm of free play to prevent accidental clicking of something and to prevent it from breaking when its in your trousers or jeans pocket. It has became very fast with recent fw updates. I am saying so coz my fone runs 24 hours a day for torrenting ,chatting, music, surfing ,emails, sms,internet radio, for connecting my pc to internet .and all the things i can do with this fone but it doesnt slows down. I am eagerly waiting for 3G .

hi,so n73 or n73m to buy...mu budget is around 11k..what is cost of n73 m, on nokia india site i have found simple n73 without 3g...sombodies says my changing model no to that of music edition 3g is enabled

what are the prices for n73,n73 m...what exactly 3g do?

I would say to get N73ME (N73m) for 12.5-13K.......It is going to have better music than the simple N73...... + N73 (both) have got a lot better 3.2mp camera than E51 with both Flash, AutoFocus....E51 has just got a 2mp camera. N73 also has a bigger screen.

3G has no use in India at present....It is a new technology which will improve data transfer speeds....

Get E51 if you oly need Wi-fi and can compromise on the other features provided by N73.......

N91 has got a very good music playback but its way too heavy and Nokia has stopped its production. Go for N73ME..........

hi i have read that nokia will stop maufaturing n73 soon...is it so, is it a problem

Go for N73 only...Its a great cellphone and has everything. It will definitely suit u...

n73-m is a good one
good music and good camera and built in quality, no issue for its joystick
but i think the problem with n73 is its slowness. i found this phone very slow.
i recommend k810i instead of n73which has better than n73 camera good display and all

buy the music edition if you can increase your budget by 2k it is of 13k

and dude both n73 have got 3g

and i would recommend just buy n73

later i will tell you some ways so that you can update your n73 to n73 ME

and for 3.5 mm jack you can buy those earphone with jack for 350rs

The camera on E51 is average (not bad) but there is no flash, in performs quite well in daylight

I prefer the E51 to n73 because camera is not that important to me, but WiFi is.

I definitely want to be able to search for WiFI hotspots and browse or chat with my friends rather than buy the N73 just for its camera.

So the choice is upto you whether you want a better camera or WiFi capability. Make the choice based on this. But both the phones are really awesome and VFM. Especially the E51 which has no match in its price range.

Both N73 and N73 Music Edition have 3G. Only difference is the black body, 2gb card and different headset. In my opinion buying the Music Edition is better idea since you get much more for the price difference that you pay over the standard N73. Plus it looks better too.
