I don't Trust Indian Brand,I think Huawei Ascend G330 will be the best or i should wait to any new moblie launch in that price range

if you care about performance then grab the XOLO A700. If you want to try custom rom at a later time or want better service then Huawei G330. Waiting mayn't help as only Sony offer better spec under 15k. rest all (HTC, Samsung, LG) will forward a single core Cortex A5 based mobile like Desire V, Galaxy S Duos or Optimus L7.
