I would second the G502. I own, use and love it.
PLUSSES:
* A200 interface
* Brilliant screen
* Good battery life
* 3g ready + HSPDA
* Looks Good (Highly subjective)
* Decent to good sound
MINUSSES
* Small speakers, low volume.
* Headphone port comes loose (This is a problem with all SE phones)
* Camera not the best. You will get high ISO noise at night. Brilliant photos by day though.

The G502 already comes with megabass, so I don't think flashing will improve the sound any further.
Its doesnt have a motion sensor so F305 games will not run as intended. ie motion control.
All Java games will run in general.
If you really want a good deal, avoid subhiksha, go to a place where you can bargain.
