Which is a better TV. Samsung Ua46es6800r or Sony 46hx750

Right off the assembly line
I am planning to buy an LED tv. Can someone please suggest which is a better option between Samsung Ua46es6800r and Sony 46hx750.

Broken In
Both are 3d tv sets and there is a inbuilt wifi in samsung whereas in sony bravia 46HX750 does not have Wi-Fi. Samsung UA46ES6800R has 3 usb ports and sony bravia has 2 usb ports. Refresh rate is higher in samsung which is good for watching video. For me both tvs are good and you can opt for either one of them.
