Which Antivirus is the best?

I wanted to install a new anti-virus....so which one is the best? My choices are.....McAfee, Norton, eTrust EZ antivirus, AVG, Quickheal. If u any better then do let me know....

if you can afford to pay around Rs.1500 then mcafee is unbeatable, as it comes with a personal firewall too. norton is not bad but is heavy on the system.

AVG is the best.
It dosn't hog on ur system resources, easy 2 update.
Norton takes time to update.
Go 4 AVG. Only drawback is no firewall. Apply SP2 or if u want a much stronger firewall go 4 Zonealarm. I am happy wid it.

i use norton antivirus 2004,it detects virus ,if any and quarantines it(not delete). i will have to manually delete it....

I Use mcafee and i think its better dan norton
