yes, there's a small one in the basement. its not that you'll get everything in there... but there were some proposals to close by the Govt. i hafnt been to chandigarh for 3 months now.. so dunno exactly if its there or closed or been shifted.

there are a lot of shops where you can find any sort of mobile..
just bargain with them properly..
