where is the video files

hi friends,
in some websites they have video tutorials.it take long time to buffer and then open.atlast i saw the video.is there any way to download the video files?when the video files didnt have the download option.my friends said that the video files already seen in the internet are in the temp folder.then go to the temp folder and get it.i am so confused.please help me.

certainly... but the process depends on the File Type and running script.. would be better if u mention the url of page from where u want to download...

yes of course.that means i saw the video in yahoo that means the cricket videos.where it will be stored?

Do one thing, Go to Internet options...

Now Click Settings under Browser History..

here at the pop up windows u can see the Temp folder where those gets stored when you are using IE
