What is this in utorrent ?

Today while seeding in utorrent I saw this ...

I want to know, what is this "SERVER" and how come the IP address is not resolved ?

I guess its domain name encryption, I have seen many around, it might be the ISPs hiding thier strings ? Even on IRC this occurs, but then, its an IRC feature.

But why is the torrent client name also not known ?
