anyone please explain in detail whats a VCC
and whats its benifit..

VCC is Virtual Credit Card.

It can be used on some shopping sites where you dont want to expose your Real Credit card fearing Fraud.

It is also used to verify Paypal, Ebay, Adwords Services by some people who dont have a Credit Card

Ok,
that means if i have the most basic of paypal account without verifying it with a valid credit card,
I won't be able to recieve money or transfer it in my sbi bank Acc.
means will there be any sort of restriction of any type on unverified paypal account
