What are the cost of 256/512 UL BB?

can anyone please tell me what are the current rates or 256/512 unlimited broadband of various providers in Bangalore along with the registration fees, if any? and also some comments on their service?

also wanted to ask 'in plain english ' how much time will it take to download 1 GB in 256 and 512 speeds respectively?

With 256 connection, u can dl 2MB appx in one minute if u get full speeds, ie gud servers like RS. And double the speed on 512.

The BSNL Broadband rates for UL 256kbps = Rs.750 and for UL 512kbps = Rs.1350......
