Weird prob with Funbook or maybe Android..

Hey guys, I am facing a weird problem with my funbook.
Audio output is coming from both speakers and headphones. Tried factory reset using settings->backup n reset. But the problem still exists. pls help

Try cleaning your 3.5 mm jack with a swab of cotton and plug it in tightly next time .. Do you see a headphone connected symbol on the tab when u connect it ??

Cleaning didn't work. Which symbol r u talkin abt? No symbol anywhere on screen while connecting or removing earphones.

Pls help me guys

Take it to service center. Needs RMA.
