Web Site Not opening in one ISP

My problem is when I try to open one perticular site while using My ISP ( Local Cable Network ) It is not opening in my System But From Other System Using Same ISP I can view my Site.

But When I use MTNL or any Other ISP I can view same site on my system.

I have tried everything from cleaning cache to cleaning history and temp. intenet files.

My System Config is as follows :

P-4 , 2 Ghz./ 512 MB RAM / 80 GB HDD / ASUS Mother Board / On board graphic and display.
15 " Samsung Monitor.


Please tell me what to do

In the TCP/IP settings of your Ethernet Card, enter these in the DNS server list:

4.2.2.1
4.2.2.2

I guess this should do the trick.

In no way does that link provided by you sourabh indicate what "4.2.2.1 ....." addresses are.

Well then I would like to shed some light on the same.The range 4.2.2.x are called as Open DNS Name servers.Open in the sense they are free for public use.

To be precise they are from Verizon[Level 3] free for public use.I always get back to them when I feel its a DNS name resolution issue whenever I find that to be the problem.
