Any ideas or changes would be appriciated.

Also I'm looking forward to buy cPanel WHM Licence. Though after going through the site, I think they only sell to Data Centers for VPS / Dedicated Servers etc. I have contacted their sales, regarding Individual Licence for own Servers.

BTW we look forward to run our Web Applications on this server. Ofcourse we'd configure it on RAID 1 / 10.

Actually we are pulling off, our services from the VPS (Hostgator) and looking forward to setup our own server. Though I don't know why Server Admin team would like to do that, completely clueless, but as they have decided and asked for my help regarding installation and configuration of Linux, I'm here to take suggestion from my geeky pals out here :)
