Wanted Inforamtion regarding startup items removal...

hi all,
i wanted to stop loading of some programs at the startup. i use windows 2000 professional server. may i know what is the command that we can use for removing the programs to stop loading.. (i know about it in windows98 and xp i.e msconfig) but it is not working it in windows 2000 professional..
can any one tell me about that command.......
