want to buy Value for money graphic card.

Hey guys,
i want to buy graphic card in the price range of 6000 to 7000 rupees.
my config is Intel i3 540 3.06 GHz, 4 GB ram ddr3 1333 MHz, Asus p7h55-mlx mother board.i also want to know that will i have to buy a new psu. recently i have fuel's 550 watts psu in my system.
i would like to prefer Ati or nvidia, cause my friends say that they are nice one.if there would be some better than it i would like it too.thanks
