For 10k:
*CPU: AMD AthlonII X4 640 -- 4k
*MoBo: Gigabyte GA-880G-USB3 -- 4.8k
*RAM: Corsair Value RAM 4GB DDR3 -- 1.7k
Total ---- 10.5k

IMO this is the best USB-3 combo under your budget..

By selling your parts you can get around 2.5k easily. As you have a good GPU, so use this 2.5k and get a Good Branded PSU.

^^ Ya, Phenom II 955 really worths the extra money. It gives you better performance in games and some of the CPU intensive works over an Athlon based quad core due to its large 6 MB L3 cache, missing is Athlon II quad cores. Other thing is it also comes with unlocked multiplier as it is a Black Edition CPU which makes overclocking really easy. You can go upto 3.8 GHz stable by just increasing the multiplier, no need to change the voltage. Voltage tweak along with multiplier increase can give you very high range of overclocking with a decent air cooler. I used to own one and I've tested those settings myself.

The Gigabyte suggested here is very good one and it supports overclocking, changing Vcore and all the other features for overclocking. It also comes with Bulldozer support out of the box.

Get the 3.1 revision version. It has out of the box support for upcoming Bulldozer CPU. So in future you don't need to upgrade your motherboard while upgrading to bulldozer.

SMC cost for it is 4.7K and before purchasing call them to make sure that they chose the rev 3.1 version of the mobo. Check your visitor message for SMC buying guide.
For Crossfire support, you need to have a mobo with atleast 2 PCI Express X16 slots. There are some cheap mobos available with X16-X4 bandwidth but they are not advisiable. the santdard lane width for CF is X8-X8. Unfortunately the Gigabyte mobo is having only one PCI Express slot.

For CF, get the MSI 890GXM-G65, available @ 7K in smc and 6.8K in theitwares.
