PSU: Gigabyte 80 Plus Active PFC 460W @ 2.2k

Optical Drive: LG SATA 22X @ 1.1k
Gfx Card: Sapphire HD5750 1GB GDDR5 @ 8.2k

This is the best config you can get at this budget. Why you are going for 9800 GT? It is a very old card and support only DirectX 10. Now DirectX is on the horizon and also lots of Dx 11 titles are coming. So I've suggested the HD 5750 card. It is a Dx 11 card with very power requirement (thanks to its 40 nm manufacturing process)

+1. nice config. get FSP Saga II 400W or VIP Gold 500W if unable find Gigabyte 460W, however avoid CM Extreme Power at all cost. also don't get 9800GT or anything based on Nvidia 9 or 2 series now. get HD5750 or HD5770.

I suppose the guy who made this thread has been out of touch with graphics card advancements for some time. Buying a 9800GT is nothing short of wastage of money right now.
Anyways,go with the suggested configuration. Its very good.

thats what i feel. even GTS250 seems like a waste. as Nvidia stopped production of 2 series card, the prices of 2 series card steadily rising. 9800GT is almost out of stock in most shops.

Right, he sure went out of touch after 9800GT release (Is that such a bad card? :D) Just kidding.

Try to get HD5770. Also make sure to get the MSI one. It rocks.
