Want an immediate suggession about computer configuraton

Hi !! I am a subscriber of the Digit Magazine and I have got much help from it till date. Now I am in a very dubious situation about my brother's computer configuration. He wants to buy a mid range, Cheap and Best, personal gamng computer. He has sortlisted two processors and two optical drives. Sop it will be a great help for us if You kindly suggest the best for us from the following:-
PROCESSORS
1. Intel core i3 540
2. AMD Phenom II * 4 945
OPTICAL DRIVES
1. LG H55N
2. SONY DVD WRITER (any)

ps: We also have estimated to buy Intel DH55TC Motherboard. So We request you also to suggest any other motherboards of AMD or Intel if you think so which must support HDMI. Please suggest any gaming keyboard & mouse combo around Rs1500.
Please Reply me by tonight cause we are going to buy it tomorrow around 11am and we are going to check my account at10am.
