Want a mobile for rs 8000 (preferably Smartphone)

Hey ppl. pls help me.
I wanna buy a mob under Rs. 8000.
It should have a popular os coz i like to experiment with apps( less popular the os, less apps available) n don't suggest me a phone which has a native os.
I want a mob running java or preferably Windows mobile.
The device should be able to read largse .txt files( preferably pdfs)
Is there any smartphone in this price range??

i think u can get htc windows mobile 3400 afaik for 9k
