Wanna gain weight help!!

Hi ! I want to gain weight. But very confused what to do. Everybody saying different.

Here what i'm--->

1.age- 18.7 years
2.weight- 55 kg.
3.height- 175 cm.
4.currenty very low workout coz holidays and games.
5. I want to be 60 kg.

Really need help.

Either Join a Gym and start doing some weight training. Also remember to take a lot of protein suppliments and protein rich food
OR
Have heavy meals(incl junk foods) and sit infront of your TV or computer and don't even shake a leg unless you really have to:D
Both are equally effective on GAINING weight
I prefer the First one BTW:)

Well i drink milk everyday but no eggs.
So should 1 boil a day or more ?

i can't join gym coz from 31 i'm going to collage.
Well tell me something that i can indoor and also i need diet tips.

Eat lots and workout.
Your food should be clean and healthy or you will just get a larger stomach.

And diet is more important than workout.

I was the exact same age, weight and height when I started with a diet plan(Now I'm 19.5yo and 64Kg).

Yes i am veg but i eats eggs (only mummy knows)

Tell me one thing does my sleeping time affect my weight.
I used to sleep at 3am. To 8:30 or 9am.

you can do one thing

soak 6-8 almonds at night in water
in the morning , eat them after peeling them and take milk along side

you'll surely gain weight in a month or so

What is the point of just gaining weight? Unhealthy fat is unhealthy.
And for healthy look it's mandatory to work out as well as eat healthy.

@abhidev 6 hour sleep is not suffice?ok i'll 7hrs.

@piyush i used to eat almond but without soaking:-D ok from today

eggs
pasta
soak almond
milk
some workout
7hrs sleeping


anything more??

@liverpool_fan oh i want healty fat not a large stomach:-D

I checked it online and its on just little above than bad(below 19 is bad on their scale) about 19.37

i think it should at least 20.5

I'm physically fit and strong but i want to look more ripped.

i also want to gain some weight. i am 18 and weight is 50Kg with 177 cm.
but few of my relatives said from their experience that after i am in hostel(which i will be in 2 days), i will automatically become healthy during these 4 years. :)

Hostel !! i think it has also a role in my low weight. I'll be there on 31:-(they screwed down my weight 0.5kg Previous month.
If i have extra fat then i think i could survive left 3 years.:-D:))
