[Complaint] Wacom-Pathetic service

Date of purchase:15/5/2011

Description of problems faced and the incident:The Wacom Bamboo tablet, wasn't able to detect the pen.If it could,The pressure Of the pen was'nt working right.Tested it in my computer and my laptop.


In case of RMA complaints, the following also needs to be mentioned:
Well i gave my wacom bamboo around feb 20th.And they still havent given it
The computer shop owner says "It will come,These people are very inefficient"


RMA number/Challan:I dont know i gave it to the shop i purchased it from

am really surprised

IMO at least ask for RMA challan number so you follow up thru email.. and even you can be sure that it is in process and you are not being cheated by shop owner..

I really have to ask how did you handed him tablet without taking any written proof.

He had just given me his shop chit.Which just had Wacom Bambo written on it.
He Knows us very well,so i dont think he will cheat.

If you personally know him then may be it is in right hands. but if you take the RMA number and personally contact wacom then process is going to be fast comparing to a dealer.. as end user are higher priority then dealers.. IMHO

^^ wacom tablets are best in World. It's intuos series is first choice for all professionals.. and bamboo for all starters

Now satisfied they gave me the RMA
