voadfone messages not delivered

i have a vodafone prepaid sim connection with id and a blackberry curve 3g phone. my problem is that my local texts are getting delivered but my "so called" sis ain't gettin any of them.. i can receive her texts but she can't... hers is a bsnl no.
because of this i have to call her every time and my balance gets affected.. please help if someone knows about this?

ask her to check the service center no ... ..but first of all ask her to remove the battery and sim , reinsert both and then check whether the problem has been solved or not

i sent from my bsnl no it got delivered..

Check message centre no/service centre no of yours and hers. Normally, this is the root of every messaging problem.

i called cc but they say that the messages are being forwarded to her no but stil she aint receiving them.. i can send messages to all others
