^now do not start banging your head my friend : :p What amitava82 was trying to tell that your post is vague without any information so please provide more info in a more understable way i suppose :D

Now for the problem : I could not see the screenshot [i might not know how to do it b'coz i am new here, if some one could help i would be thankful]

Run Error Checking Utility [Right Click on C drive>Properties>Tools>Error Checking is the navigation in XP ; it might be a little different in Vista but you can find it right?
And the Defragement the C:\ Drive too. .. . and then check if the Clean Up utility works

Also alternate Option is to use a third party cleaner like Ccleaner: Which can do the job very well than the Integrated Windows utility.

For those who can't able to see attahment

" Per User Archived error report.." 85 GB
Per User Queued error report.." 85.6 GB "

This is what i have seen in my Cleanup wizard of C:

But How come this possible with a 30 GB C:?
