In vista, instead of double clicking on a folder/whatever to open it , it opens with just the one click, and highlights/selects the folder/whatever if I just hover over it with the pointer.
I find this unbelievably annoying.
Does anyone have any ideas where the setting is for this? I've looked under Control Panel/Mouse, where one would think it should be but apparently I am looking in the wrong place
