I installed Noob Killer and removed all the problems.

But there still exists 2 probs

1. rundll.exe file is missing
2. regedit is not opening

what to do ?

1. rundll.exe file is missing

1. Insert the Windows XP disc in the drive.
2. Click on Start and then Run
3. Type in expand X:\i386\rundll32.ex_ c:\windows\system32\rundll32.exe, X is the letter of your CD ROM Drive and restart.

2. regedit is not opening

Download this, run it and click on install!! Hope it works!!

Noob Killer really did its work and rest care was taken by Avira AntiVir. And yes that rundll32.exe solution also helped.
