At your budget, I can suggest you to get

Sapphire HD 6750 @ 5.9K (approx)
+
FSP Saga 500W @(2.3K) (approx) OR Corsair CX 400W

just updated to Corsair 430CX - 430 Watts..

How do CUDA cores help? :?:
i need CUDA cores coz am taking a course on Programming parallel processors using CUDA.. its recommended by course or else i would have gone with ATI as their price-performance ratio is better..

For Upto 7K then you should get GTS 450 - try to get MSI N450GTS Cyclone 1GB GDDR5 ;-)

MSI N450GTS Cyclone 1GB GDDR5 -> 7.2k
Asus GTS450 -> 6.5k

Another option is the 550Ti which should be around 8k.
