1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans: I love to play games like Counter Strike, Some racing games like NFS and I am also looking forward to play Batman Arkan City and CS:GO.

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans: 61,000 INR. at MAX

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans: Yes, I do not have experience in this stuff but I will try my hands in OC for sure.

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans: Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans: 1TB Maybe? I already own 500GB HDD too.

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans: Yes, I would like to have Monitor too. Monitor should be full HD and have HDMI Input.

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans: Cabinet, DVD Writer, (I already have Corsair CX430 but I will upgrade for sure if needed)

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans: In this week itself. I think I will order Parts tomorrow itself.

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans: Yes, I have build the system once. but still it will be done by an assembler.

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans: I live in Mathura. I will buy online and can go for offline if needed.

11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans: I have seen PC used to be very unstable, What really matters me is stability. I don't want parts like buying today and have to be RMAed after an week use. Virtulisation is also my main Concern please suggest according to it. if laptop's are more stable then I don't have problem buying laptop too. BUT STABLITY IS MUST :)

Hoping for fast response :)

Enon

If you are more into Virtualisation, run multiple VMs simultaneously or run intensive applications inside VM which requires more cores then fx8150's 8 cores would be handy and better. If you don't require that many core utilisation at a time then i5 3450 is better and faster(at stock).fx8150 can be overclocked well with a good aftermarket cooler like cm hyper 212 evo

Thanks for response. Also, Gigabyte GA-H77-DS3H is good for over clocking?

^^i5 3450 is a locked processor(not overclockable) and the suggested board(Gigabyte GA-H77-DS3H) is also not for overclocking.

For overclocking lga1155 processors boards are:z77/z68/p67
Rest are not for overclocking(h67/h77/b75/h61)

7850 Power Edition, really ?? in case of minimal gaming. puts smile on my face.
Asus VLX or
[h=1]Gigabyte G1.Sniper M3
[/h] both are good choice for board.

cutting the price on gfx card you can get core i7 2600/2600K/3770,
