I have a dataone connection at home with a 750 UL plan. My office have recently taken Business 15000 plan.
At home my speed is about 250kbps, but at office its about 4-5 mbps. YEsterday i tried using my office account at my home, it was working and my speed too was very fast but from last night i couldnt connect using my office password. It says authentication error (password invalid).
My office (i beleive) have static Ip 59.* while at home i have dynamic ip 117.* , When i was connected using my office account i got the 59* ip too. I wanted to ask the BSNL but i'm they they wont be able to answer any of my questions. The Business 15000 i beleive is MU (Multiple user) so i thought i must be able to use it from home. Can anyone clarify?
